Applicable for In-Store Purchases & Click & Collect, 

 

General Returns Policy

 

  • Return Period: Items purchased in-store can be returned within 28 days.
  • Holiday Extension: For items purchased as gifts, our refund/exchange policy is extended until January 14.

 

Conditions for Return

 

  1. We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for items returned in-store if they are:
  2. Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  3. Accompanied by all materials, manuals, and accessories
  4. Accompanied by a valid Art & Hobby receipt
  5. Note: Returns may be subject to inspection to confirm they are in re-sellable condition. Refunds will only be processed once the items are returned to any of our stores and assessed as eligible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

 

  • Christmas-themed products and Elf on the Shelf items after December 23rd
  • Advent Calendars after December 1st
  • No returns or Exchanges on Halloween Stock after 29th October.

  • Select lines: Trading Cards, Exit Toys, Face Paints, Posca Markers, and other specific items as marked.

     

    Faulty Items

     

    We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty, please return it in-store, and we will facilitate a replacement or refund according to your statutory rights.
